Use this basic Soft Serve 'Banana Whip' Recipe for Smoothies or Shakes
- Cut bananas into 1 inch slices. Depending how many servings you want, I’d recommend 1 to 1.5 bananas for 2 servings.
- Stick banana slices in the freezer overnight or for an hour or two depending how fast you want to use them.
- Throw bananas into blender or food processor.
- Blend bananas for about 2-3 minutes in food processor or 5 minutes in blender until smooth. It should be an awesome soft serve recipe when you are finished blending.
Enjoy your banana whip!
NOTE: If you want to add in additional flavors like peanut butter or chocolate, I’d recommend adding the ingredients in before blending. But chocolate chips or fruit bits should be added after the bananas are blended.
