Copycat Applebee's Blondie Brownies are so amazing! Have you tried? I decided to do a little spin on it and added in some chopped Granny Smith Apples because it's fall. We also add in some white chocolate chips and walnuts and then topped them off with a Maple Cream Cheese Glaze to give it some sweetness. Plus some ice cream!! Hello!
For the apple choice, I love those Granny Smith's, but feel free to add in your favorite apple flavor to these blondie brownies or leave them out. It's whatever your little heart desires. Don't they look scrumptious?

Julie, I have the migraine issue as well. I can drink it after dinner on occasion, but it affects me if I try to drink it in then morning. 🙁 So, there is no morning drinking. Darn migraines! Thanks for pinning, posting and have a great day!

Those look so yummy! Pinning. 🙂
And I too love coffee but it doesn't love me. Migraines or tummy trouble, but not every time. It's like playing Russian roulette because I refuse to stop drinking it a few times a week 🙂
