What is No Churn Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

This basic ice cream recipe calls for sweetened condensed milk and heavy whipping cream for our base ingredients.  This will make it rich and velvety tasting!

Adding the vanilla beans to the creamy mixture makes this taste so amazing!  You won’t be able to resist the temptation!

Ingredients You Need for No Churn Easy Vanilla Ice Cream

How to Make the Best Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

  1. If using vanilla beans, slice the pod in half lengthwise with a paring knife and scrape the seeds out using the dull edge of the knife. Add the vanilla bean seeds or vanilla extract and the sweetened condensed milk in a small bowl and stir to combine.  Set aside.
  2. Line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  3. Using a mixer, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form for about three minutes,
  4. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla bean paste or vanilla beans using a rubber scraper until well combined.
  5. Pour into the prepared pan, cover with plastic wrap and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Then, once it has frozen, just grab your ice cream scoop and dig in! You can serve this ice cream in so many ways!

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste or 1 or 2 vanilla beans scraped (or 1 tablespoon vanilla extract)
