    Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and vanilla Oreos are rockin' this luscious easy 3 Berry Cheesecake Ice Cream!  Ohhh Pure Yumminess and it's no churn!

    Cheesecake lovers unite!  Got this cheesecake ice cream loaded with 3 different succulent berries we cannot resist!

    3 Berry Cheesecake Ice Cream {No Churn}

    Bring on the red, white and blue!  This 3 Berry Cheesecake Ice Cream would impress on any red, white and blue holiday for sure!  It's got a lot of vivid patriotic colors just for the occasion!

    If you want to use different fruit, just substitute your favorites and start the swooning and drooling process. It's so decadent, creamy, sweet, tart, bursting with berry flavor and it'll blow your mind!  I can't even describe how good it tastes. It's amazing! 🙂

    3 Berry Cheesecake Ice Cream {No Churn}

    Ingredients for 3 Berry Cheesecake Ice Cream

    Cheesecake Ice Cream

    • heavy whipping cream
    • sweetened condensed milk
    • cream cheese room
    • Vanilla extract

    Blueberry Swirl

    • blueberries
    • sugar
    • lemon juice
    • cornstarch

    Strawberry-Raspberry Swirl

    • strawberries
    • raspberries
    • sugar
    • lemon juice
    • cornstarch

    Optional

    • Oreo Vanilla Cookies

    How to make 3 Berry Cheesecake Ice Cream

    Berry Swirls

    1. Blueberry Swirl: Combine and mix blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice in a medium sized microwaveable bowl and microwave until berry mixture boils and thickens (3-5 minutes). Gently squish some of your berries to release more juices, and place in the fridge to chill.
    2. Strawberry-Raspberry Swirl: Combine and mix strawberries, raspberries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice in a medium sized microwaveable bowl and microwave until berry mixture boils and thickens (3-5 minutes). Gently squish some of your berries to release more juices, and place in the fridge to chill..

    Cheesecake Ice Cream

    1. In a large bowl, using a mixer, beat your cream cheese until smooth. On low speed, add in condensed milk and vanilla, set aside.
    2. In another bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
    3. Add in the cream cheese mixture to the heavy cream and whisk together until well incorporated.
    4. Spoon about half of your whipped cream mixture into a standard sized loaf pan.
    5. Remove the chilled berry sauces from the fridge and spoon each half of them over the whipped cream mixture in the loaf pan and sprinkle half of the Oreo cookies bits on top.
    6. Cover with your remaining whipped cream mixture, and top with both remaining berry mixture.
    7. Use a butter knife to drag/swirl your blueberry and strawberry-raspberry mixture into your cream mixture top with other half of Oreo cookies bits.
    8. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil, and stick it in the freezer for about 6 hours.

    Ingredients
      

    Cheesecake Ice Cream

    • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

    • 7 oz cream cheese room temperature
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla

    Blueberry Swirl
