4 Edible Cookie Doughs for the No-Bakers

Are you a lover of simple and quick no bake recipes?  If you are, here's 4 Edible Cookie Doughs for the No-Bakers. No bake, easy to make and fun to eat by the lovin' spoonfuls!  Best part...It takes less than 5 minutes to put it all together!

If we can't bake because it's too damn hot, let's have cookie dough at least, for God's Sakes!  It's the perfect sweet treat for summer and the add-in options are endless.  Check out this delish Cookie Dough Frosting too!

BTW...because this is no bake, there are no eggs and when all purpose flour used, you can heat-treat it easily in the microwave to make it safe to eat.

Plus, adding the microwaved flour into the mixer while it's still warm along with the partially melted butter helps the sugar to melt down a little creating a soft, creamy blend that has that perfect cookie dough texture.

Cookie dough is always a favorite!  It's even better when it's raw sometimes, ya know? We all have eaten it and it's one of the most comforting delights we cannot turn away!  So, let's make some sweet treats!

    Funfetti Birthday Sugar Cookie Dough

The only thing missing is the candle!  If you love sugar cookie dough, this dough really hits it out of the ball park.  We added in some colorful sprinkles and white chocolate chips to make it a party celebration!   How fun is this?

Talk about fun??  OMG!  See how to make Unicorn Funfetti Sugar Cookie Dough or Princess Funfetti Sugar Cookie Dough at the end of this recipe.

Peanut Butter Cup Lover's Cookie Dough

Yea we went there.  Luscious peanut butter cookie dough loaded with those mini Reese cups loaded with Reese's Pieces candies tasted even better than it sounds, so it's incredible guys!!!

Peanut butter and chocolate united together again!

Edible Chocolate Brownie Batter Cookie Dough

Chocolate Brownie Cookie Dough for the chocoholics!  If you want rich, tempting chocolate cookie dough to indulge in, this stash has super intense chocolate flavor.

I added mini chocolate chips in mine, but I think some brownie chunks or some chopped up oreos for an additional chocolate buzz.  Switch out the white chocolate chips or peanut butter chips for chocolate chips?  Umm...yea?!!

    Chocolate Brownie Cookie Dough

    Vegan Options

Since there are no eggs in these cookie dough recipes, it’s also very easy to make it vegan. Simply use vegan butter or coconut oil in place of the butter and trade out the milk for any plant based milk that you prefer.  I personally love using almond milk. You could also use coconut milk, rice milk, cashew milk or oat milk as well.

Also use dark chocolate or other sugar-free/dairy free chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc as desired.

How to Easily Heat-Treat Your All-Purpose Flour

You can eliminate any bacteria risks, by toasting your flour at 350 degrees F for just 5 minutes to kill off any harmful bacteria or you can use the microwave and spread the flour out on a microwavable plate and microwave it for 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds to keep it from clumping up.

For gluten free recipes for the 1st 3 recipes, you can substitute coconut flour by reducing flour measurement by half and then add more if needed by tablespoon.

Speaking of healthy...here's something on the healthier side...

Here's a super healthy recipe I think you'll enjoy for those either looking for a low carb, sugar free and gluten-free edible cookie dough because we have to feed that sweet tooth fast when that craving hits or at least trick it!

I love using this Erythritol Sweetener, these sugar free chocolate chips and of course this coconut flour.

Edible Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Also GF and can be Keto/Low Carb & Sugar free and is made with coconut flour!!

Once your dough is made, so many ways to serve it.

Scoop into cups and top with sprinkles and chopped-up candies -- totally old school with a spoon or spoons. Roll into balls and stash in the fridge for quick treats.  And for an unexpected surprise, take 2 cookies and add a scoop of the cookie dough in the middle, press and freeze for a yummy ice cream sandwich.

Have Mercy!! Edible Cookie Dough is the next best thing for satisfying your cookie dough cravings literally in a matter of minutes.  Yahoooo!

You now have 4 bases of cookie dough to add to your recipe repetoire plus this Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough that's been our favorite since 2014.  Enjoy!

Dear Kim, I have finally found perfect recipes ; the reason to write this is my concern about flour. I have finally found the instruction how to "purify" flour before used for no bake cookie dough. Great thanks and big hug ! 🙂
