Melting Chocolate Tips

  • Use any type of chocolate you want. Milk, semi-sweet, dark, or white chocolate chips. I did a combo of dark and milk chocolate for mine.
  • Use good-quality chocolate chips for best flavor and melting.
  • Microwave the chocolate chips in sturdyheat–safe bowls.
  • Microwave the chips for 30 seconds at a time, and stir them for at least 20-25 seconds between each microwave burst. Chocolate will continue melting even after it has been removed from the microwave. I usually fine 1 1/2 minutes to 2 minutes usually does the trick.
