These fabulous, chewy Jumbo Monster Nutella & Peanut Butter Cookies have Nutella, peanut butter, oatmeal, M&Ms (or Reese's Pieces) and chocolate chips galore! Bake longer for a crispier cookie. Great either way!! Pure bliss!

Monster Nutella and Peanut Butter Cookies

NOM! NOM!  Get in my belly!  Yes, you heard right!  Of course I said that in my 'Fat B*stard' voice!

Austin Powers would definitely approve of these monster bad boys. They are truly the holy grail to everything you ever wanted in a cookie, especially if you are a peanut butter, Nutella, chocolate and oatmeal lover all-in-one!

Monster Nutella and Peanut Butter Cookies

They are moist, flavorful and the combo with Nutella flavor is amazing.  For those who don't know what Nutella is, first I have to ask...and don't take offense, but have you been living under a rock?  🙂  That would include my mother and my sons.  They've tried it now, but before this, no!  So, if you haven't, you really need to just try it, by random spoon-fuls in the very near future, like today.

How to Make Monster Nutella Oatmeal Cookies

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
    2. In large bowl, using mixer, cream butter, peanut butter, Nutella, and sugars until thoroughly combined.
    3. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well again.
    4. Add baking soda, baking powder, oatmeal, flour and mix until well incorporated.
    5. Fold in Reese's Pieces, M&Ms, and chocolate chips or whatever combination you want!
    6. Drop by large scoop or ¼ cup dough balls onto baking sheets and bake for 13-15 minutes.
    7. Remove from oven and let sit 10 minutes before transferring to cooling rack to cool completely.
    8. Makes: 2 dozen

    Tips

    • Refrigerate if dough becomes warm, because these cookies will spread out and are very large anyways. Chill dough for about 10-15 minutes.
    • If you want a soft and chewy cookie, underbake your cookies a bit.  If you want crisper, you can continue baking for an additional 1 or 2 minutes.  These are sooooo good dunked in milk!
    • Mix up those goodies and add nuts or raisins as a nice compliment. Make these your own style!
    • Also, make sure if you have any left that you seal them up tightly.
