What Are Whoppers?

Whoppers are round, crunchy malted milk balls coated in a thin layer of milk chocolate. They have a light, airy center with a sweet, toasty malt flavor and a crisp bite. When chopped and baked into brownies, the chocolate melts slightly while the malted center softens and adds pockets of crunch, sweetness, and that signature “malted chocolate” taste.

They’re the same candy used in:

• movie theater candy boxes
• malted milkshakes
• chocolate malt sundaes
• nostalgic candy‑shop treats

This makes them perfect for Whoppers brownies, malted chocolate desserts, and anything that needs a fun chocolate‑crunch moment.

How to Store Whoppers Brownies

Store at Room Temperature

Keep your brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for 3–4 days. This keeps them soft, fudgy, and full of that melty‑chocolate Whoppers goodness. If you like a chewier brownie, leave the lid slightly cracked.

Refrigerate for Longer Storage

For a firmer, extra‑dense brownie texture, refrigerate them in an airtight container for up to 1 week. The Whoppers pieces stay crunchy while the chocolate gets even richer.

Freeze for Later

These brownies freeze beautifully.

  • Wrap each brownie individually in plastic wrap
  • Place them in a freezer‑safe bag or container
  • Freeze for up to 3 months

To serve, thaw at room temperature or warm in the microwave for 10–15 seconds for that fresh‑baked, fudgy vibe.
