Can we ever have enough knowledge about everything there is to know about chocolate? I want to know every little detail. I dearly love chocolate! I love the smell of it, I love the taste of it, I can’t live without it! I’m addicted to it!

I have consumed so much, you wouldn’t believe me if I told you how much actual chocolate I really have eaten in my life, it would sound unrealistic. i think the only thing i knew before this post was that switzerland dominated the chocolate consumption polls! and had no idea that cookie dough in a jar was a thing in teh mid 2000s; i feel like it’s coming back. at least in socal, since a ton of places are making “edible” (people, it was always edible, it’s just egg-free now) cookie dough nowadays.
