Easy Chocolate & Peanut Butter 'Crack' Toffee
Easy Chocolate & Peanut Butter 'Crack' Toffee

This Chocolate Peanut Butter Saltine Toffee is amazing for any celebrations and holidays!  Also referred to as "Christmas Crack"!  This saltine toffee recipe is loaded with chocolate, peanut butter and m&ms!

Um...sorry to be the one to break this to ya, but BEWARE!  This so called 'crack' toffee, is totally addicting candy, so moderation is always good, if you have the will power, especially during the holidays when it's super popular!

    saltine toffee recipe

What is Chocolate Peanut Butter Saltine Toffee?

You pour a bubbly toffee syrup over a single layer of saltine crackers, then top it with peanut butter  and melted chocolate, and cover it with M&Ms & sprinkles!  Break it into pieces and serve!  It's the most delicious sweet & salty treat!

What I love about this recipe is, you can add whatever toppings on top to add your special touches.  Whether it be sprinkles, roasted salted nuts, peanut butter cups, sea salt, cookie bits, pretzels or for this yummy toffee, the ever-popular and fun M&M'S!  I've seen where you can crush your m&m's on top as well!

If it's holiday specific, use your own creative twists and make it even more fun!

These are great on a party tray or for gifting.  These are kind of nibbler treats for me because they are so rich and decadent tasting.

Meaning, I just want a couple small nibbles and I'm good.  But the rest of the family, it's absolutely addictive to them, and wild horses couldn't hold them back. 🙂

That sweet and salty combination gets ya, because of the saltine crackers being drenched with that brown sugar butter toffee, peanut butter and chocolate!

Now, that is pretty wonderful and totally festive!
