These decadent Chocolate Nutella & Peanut Butter Cup Brownies have a combo of Nutella and peanut butter swirled into the brownies with the addition of peanut butter cups. Seriously, we have insane Nutella, chocolate and peanut butter explosions going on all over the place!  Sounds like a touch down, indeed! Perfect for those who crave sweet and salty treats!

These brownie treats are definitely what's on the menu when you are craving fudgy, ultra-moist, melt-in-your-mouth, rich brownies that leave you speechless!   Savor every morsel of sinful deliciousness as you become oblivious to the world around you.  And then you ponder...World? What world?

Well we made these Chocolate Nutella & Peanut Butter Cup Brownies super easy!

    1. Double Ghirardelli Brownie Mix with 1 egg, ⅓ cup oil and ¼ cup water.
    2. ⅓ cup Nutella
    3. ⅓ cup Peanut Butter
    4. 9 Peanut Butter Cups
    5. Optional: Pretzels, peanuts, almonds and flaky sea salt!

Can you really go wrong when you start off with a box of Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix? Nope!  So you get DOUBLE the CHOCOLATE right off the bat, because this mix has mini chocolate chips in it!

Well....You know me...I didn't stop there!   I proceeded to add some random dollops of Nutella, and then some random dollops of peanut butter.  Swirled them around in the brownie batter and then topped them with the PB cups.

After they were done, we added some salt to the sweet!  Pretzels, peanuts, almonds and flaky sea salt!  These additional toppings really take these brownies over the top indulgent!

If you love peanut butter and chocolate together in brownies, you might as well check out these OMG Peanut Butter Cup Brownies,  Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Explosion Brownies and these Peanut Butter Stuffed Brownies!  Heaven!

You probably already know this, but these sweet treats will not last long at your casa or anyone else's casa!

Chocolate Nutella & Peanut Butter Cup Brownies are the key to treats for super bowl parties, at the office, birthday party, card parties, weekends, Valentine's Day or just because you love ultimate hell-ish brownies!  They look as delicious as they taste! You'll be hooked and everyone else will be hooked too.

These Chocolate Nutella & Peanut Butter Cup Brownies are TOTALLY amazing!  Enjoy them for all your parties and celebrations!

    Ingredients

    • 1 package Ghirardelli Double Chocolate brownie mix - make brownie mix according to directions. has chocolate chips in it
    • ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
    • ⅓ cup Nutella
    • 9 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
    • Additionals: flaky sea salt, pretzels, peanuts, almonds, m&m's

    Instructions

    • Preheat the oven to 350.
    • Line an 8x8 baking pan (or 9x9 pan for thinner brownies) with parchment paper and lightly spray with non-cooking spray. If you don't have parchment, just use the non-cooking spray. Parchment makes it easy to remove the brownies to get nice slices.
    • Prepare the brownie mix as directed on package if not using Double Ghirardelli Brownie Mix. Otherwise, add brownie mix, egg, oil and water together in a medium bowl and mix together.
    • Randomly dollop the peanut butter on top of the brownies and then do the same with the Nutella. (It helps to microwave each separately for 20 seconds or so to make it easier for dolloping)
    • Use a knife and swirl the peanut butter and Nutella around in the brownies. (Don't go overboard or you won't see the swirls, because it will be overmixed at that point.)
    • Place the peanut butter cups on top of the brownie batter 3 across each row evenly.
    • Transfer brownies to oven and and bake for 40-45 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick into the brownies; if it comes out mostly clean, they are done, but don't overbake.
    • For the sweet and salt vibe add some pretzels, peanuts, flaky sea salt, almonds on top or leave as is.
    • After brownies have cooled, cut into squares and serve.

Gail, I would think you could. Most brownie mixes can be made in a 9x13 and 9x9 size pans, but the brownies will be thinner and won't bake as long. You could also double the recipe..double the fun! 🙂 I really hope you enjoy them, they are amazing!
