I eat desserts in moderation, most of the time. I can't lie to you. We all fall off the wagon once in awhile, once a day, after every meal...haha! (yeah, you know you love that sweet treat to say you're meal is now complete!)

Who doesn't love PBJ? We used PB2 in this smoothie! It's a peanut butter protein, with a lot less calories than peanut butter and it is awesome with strawberries, blueberries and Greek Yogurt and Almond Milk! Don't have PB2? No worries, just use a tablespoon or two of your favorite nut butter!
