How to make 5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Bars!
These bars are super easy to make! 5 ingredients including peanut butter, chocolate, graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and confectioners' sugar. Ya dig?

Line an 8x8 square baking pan with aluminum foil. Set aside.
Peanut Butter-Graham Cracker Base
The bottom layer is all no-bake and all you do is mix everything together in one bowl and press it into a pan.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and confectioners’ sugar together Stir in peanut butter, then press evenly into prepared baking pan.

Chill the peanut butter-graham cracker base layer for 20 minutes before adding the warm chocolate peanut butter layer.
Chocolate-Peanut Butter Layer
Microwave the peanut butter and chocolate layer and spread it out on top!

While the peanut butter-graham cracker layer is chilling, in a small bowl, microwave the 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with the chocolate chips until melted and then stir until smooth. Spread over peanut butter layer.

Chill until completely firm, at least an hour.

Allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before cutting into any size you would like.

Bars stay fresh stored in the refrigerator. Serve chilled

Ingredients
Peanut Butter -Graham Cracker Base
- ½ cup salted butter, melted 1 stick
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (1 sleeve of graham crackers from box)
- 1 ½ cups confectioners' sugar
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter Can add up to 1 cup
Chocolate-Peanut Butter Layer
- 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 ½ cups milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8x8 or 9x9 square baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Set aside.
