These 5-ingredient peanut butter bars taste like a mashup of two of our favorite candy-bars combos we love so much! They resemble a cross mix of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups & Butterfinger bars. This peanut butter bar recipe is a major hit for all the chocolate-peanut butter addicts, plus it's no bake!

So good and too easy to make, so this could be dangerous!

    Sounds good to me!

I don't know who invented these little gems, but it's a very popular recipe that's been around for a very long time.  It stays on everyone's 'chocolate & peanut butter' radar for sure!

How to make 5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Bars!

These bars are super easy to make! 5 ingredients including peanut butter, chocolate, graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and confectioners' sugar.  Ya dig?

    • Line an 8x8 square baking pan with aluminum foil. Set aside.

    Peanut Butter-Graham Cracker Base

The bottom layer is all no-bake and all you do is mix everything together in one bowl and press it into a pan.

    • In a medium-sized bowl, mix the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and confectioners’ sugar together Stir in peanut butter, then press evenly into prepared baking pan.
    • Chill the peanut butter-graham cracker base layer for 20 minutes before adding the warm chocolate peanut butter layer.

    Chocolate-Peanut Butter Layer

Microwave the peanut butter and chocolate layer and spread it out on top!

    • While the peanut butter-graham cracker layer is chilling, in a small bowl, microwave the 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with the chocolate chips until melted and then stir until smooth. Spread over peanut butter layer.
    • Chill until completely firm, at least an hour.
    • Allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before cutting into any size you would like.
    • Bars stay fresh stored in the refrigerator. Serve chilled

The hardest part of this home-made treat, is waiting for them to chill, so you can indulge, by serving yourself a delicious square or two (or three, but who's counting?)!

    Perfect for sharing!

Or when you want to indulge that sweet tooth on a whim, you can keep the remainder of the bars in the fridge, when you're not scarfing these down in the moment.

Yes, I know this!  Irresistible. Addicting. PB&C Lovers unite!!

To enjoy this peanut butter bar recipe, you'll need an 8x8 baking pan or 9x9 baking pan.  Or double the recipe and use a 9x13 pan for a larger crowd!. 🙂

No one will turn these down! Perfect for bake sales, lunches on the go and peanut butter and chocolate cravings, of course!

    Let's Party!
