Other Tips for the Best S’mores Graham Cereal Bars
- I made my bars large. I made this in a 9x13 pan and cut 8 super large squares. But you can cut these into 18 squares for smaller bites, depending what you making them for. Either way, these are a really super yummy treats any size. 🙂
- If you're having trouble with the cereal sticking to your hands when you are pressing the cereal into the pan, lightly spray them with nonstick baking spray. Also, you can place parchment paper on top to light press mixture down as well.
- Don't have Hershey's Candy Bars
? Can use ½ - ¾ cup chocolate chips add them in step 6.
- Use fresh marshmallows to get best gooey texture! The gooey texture definitely changes if you use stale or old marshmallows.
- Don't smush the bars down too much, as you want the marshmallow to get in all the nooks and crannies as it's cooling down. But they should be also be firm to hold up, so there you go!
