S'more Cookie Bars bring more smiles to all!  What has the best, delicious combination of rich milk chocolate bar chunks, bits of graham cracker and melty, toasted gooey marshmallows baked in cookie dough with a graham cracker crust as well?

Voila...meet my sexy bff, S'more Bars!  Tempting, yes?

    S'more Cookie Bars

Have you ever tried S'mores in cookie bar form?  If not, you have to try these. I'm not even kidding about how glorious these s'mores bars taste!  Talk about YUMMY and something the whole family will go crazy over!

S'mores are so popular, I'm sure they highly contribute to the Hershey Company making more than 373 million HERSHEY’S Milk Chocolate Bars every year. That’s enough to make 746 million S’mores!  That's a lot of S'mores!  Pure Heaven!

    s'more bar ideas

I have always loved S'mores!  They always reminds me of camping, sleeping bags, campfires, giggling and sometimes a ghost story or two.

When you're not camping, you can just eat these delicious bars straight from the pan. That's probably as far as you will get anyways, after they're baked. 🙂

Yes you could, but I would just keep a good eye on them so they don't over-bake. Shave off a couple of minutes during baking both rounds in the oven and you should be fine! Have fun on your camping trip!

    4. Viv says

      June 04, 2019 at 1:22 am

Hi this recipe looks great and I can’t wait to try it for my camping trip coming up. If the maximum temperature I can bake this for is at 350, would I be able to achieve the same texture, consistency, and outcome as 375? If so, how long should I bake it for? Thank you so much!

    5. Kim Lange says

      May 23, 2019 at 10:18 pm

Hey Michelle! 🙂 You can use either, but I changed it to semi-sweet so it's consistent with the ingredient list. Thanks and hope you love them!

    6. Michelle says

      May 23, 2019 at 8:59 pm

Recipe says add milk and dark chips and the ingredient list says you need milk and semi sweet chips? Which do I use?

    7. Kim Lange says

      May 07, 2019 at 8:32 am

Hey Nicole! This recipe is specifically for a 13x18 sheet pan. If you divide the recipe in half it would do nicely in a 9x13 though.

    8. Nicole says

      May 06, 2019 at 4:26 pm

I made these but I had to use a 9x13 pan and I cooked them for about 15 minutes and the cookie dough was still mushy!

Hi Casey, yes that is normal, but remember there is more to the recipe. You need to add the marshmallows, chocolate and graham cracker bits, then bake 5-7 minutes longer. They will be delicious!

    10. Casey says

      December 23, 2018 at 10:30 am

I am actually making these delicious treats in the oven as we speak! I cannot wait to try and serve to my family for Christmas. I have left them in for 5 min already and they are practically dough. Is that normal?

    11. Elizabeth Bogges says

      November 12, 2018 at 1:57 pm

Do NOT overbake! The Hershey chocolate burns very easily! Had to throw out the first tray; 2nd tray was delish!

Hi Meghan! I updated the recipe, so it makes a lot, but if you've got a big crowd, you may want to double. It makes approx 30. Hope that helps and hope you have a great superbowl with these bars! 🙂

    20. Meghan says

      January 29, 2018 at 2:13 pm

How much does this make? Im looking at making it for the super bowl but not sure if the recipe as is will work or if I should double it. It looks AMAZING! Thanks

    23. ChocolaTess says

      June 23, 2016 at 5:33 pm

This takes a sheet cake pan, or 10 x 15″ jelly roll pan. If you can't use graham crackers, any kind of flat, thin cookie or cracker that you can find should work. Hope that helps? 🙂 Sorry to just get back with you! Family medical issues.... 🙁
