These are exactly what you need to make for your obsessed peanut butter and chocolate extremists! And even if they aren’t extremists, they will still fall in love with these, because they are sinfully tempting and who doesn’t love a delicious blondie or three?
Look at that peanut butter chocolate glaze would ya? These rousing peanut butter blondies are rich, moist and are abundantly loaded with peanut butter chips and milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips too!
A peanut butter and chocolate lovers dream for sure!! Don’t wake me up, ok?
The trick for making the most delicious blondies, is to never over-bake them, ever!
Who want’s crunchy, dried out blondies? Not I! Not you! Not anyone!
Theoretically, unless, we’re stranded on a deserted island and there is nothing else to eat, then I think we might have to rethink our strategy.
I’m not sure how these would show up on a deserted island, but you know what I mean! 🙂
These are easy to whip up and they bake up beautifully. After they’ve cooled, you just cut them to the size you like and add the peanut butter chocolate glaze and let them set. Put them in the freezer or fridge for 5 mins for a quick set.

Sheet Pan Peanut Butter Chocolate Blondie Dream Bars
Ingredients
Sheet Pan Peanut Butter Chocolate Blondie Dream Bars
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 2/3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 bag peanut butter chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Peanut Butter Chocolate Glaze for Drizzling
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter cups or 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon canola or coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 13x18 sheet pan with parchment paper, spraying the parchment with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Place a large saucepan over medium heat and add butter and peanut butter and stir until all melted.
- Remove pan from heat and whisk in the sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and continue stirring until incorporated well.
- Add in flour, salt and baking powder and mix until combined.
- Fold in the peanut butter and semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and spread batter evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 30 minutes and let cool at least 30 minutes before cutting to drizzle.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Glaze for Drizzling
- Melt 1/2 cup chocolate milk chips, 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/2 teaspoon canola or coconut oil and 1/2 cup peanut butter chips or 1/2 cup peanut butter in microwave.
- Pour into a ziplock or pastry bag and drizzle on top of blondies.
- Let glaze set. For quick setting put in fridge or freezer for 5 minutes or so.
Notes
Makes 24 large bars. You can make them smaller for party trays or gifting.
