Peanut Butter Chocolate Glaze for Drizzling

  • Melt 1/2 cup chocolate milk chips, 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/2 teaspoon canola or coconut oil and 1/2 cup peanut butter chips or 1/2 cup peanut butter in microwave.
  • Pour into a ziplock or pastry bag and drizzle on top of blondies.
  • Let glaze set. For quick setting put in fridge or freezer for 5 minutes or so.

If you want to press some chips in the blondies, reserve some before adding into the blondie bar batter and once you've spread the batter in the pan, add them to the top as you like.
Makes 24 large bars. You can make them smaller for party trays or gifting.
