Decadent, rich and creamy peanut butter and chocolate gooey deliciousness in fudge brownies are what these Rich 'n Gooey Buckeye Bars are all about trouble!
These are the ultimate treat for buckeye lovers! This Buckeye Pie is definitely right down that alley too along with this Buckeye Candy!
"Buckeyes" are peanut butter candy cream rolled into balls and then dipped into melted chocolate, leaving a 1-inch round circle of peanut butter visible on the top. They look just like buckeyes. Buckeye candies were created to replicate the nuts from Ohio's state tree, the Buckeye tree.
The peanut butter filling in these brownies, taste just like the peanut butter candy inside of the buckeye candy. For that part we used peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk.
So for the rest of the recipe, we used a boxed brownie mix, so this recipe is super easy to make! We just added eggs, oil to Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix.
