Tips for Making Brownies
- Don’t over bake the brownies for a fudgier brownie treat. If you over bake, the brownies will be dry and will not compliment the strawberries and ganache you're adding to the brownies.
- Serve these brownies within 1-2 days after making. Since you’re using fresh strawberries, the juice from the strawberries will start to break down and will make the brownies soggy, much like chocolate covered strawberries.
