Can you believe, in three (3) days, it will be Thanksgiving?! I’m really, really looking forward to a four (4) day holiday from my day job! A mini Florida vacation would be even better, but I’ll take this!
WootWoot!
Don’t get me wrong, I love, love, love my day job, but more and more constantly, I think…sheesh, wouldn’t it be super cool to be retired?!
But that’s not going to happen anytime soon, so, while I’m ‘wishin’ and wantin’, I’ll just eat a ton of these Dark Chocolate Almond & Cherry Clusters with Sea Salt. 😛 Chocolate always makes me feel better, no matter what.
Chocolate doesn’t ask silly questions, Chocolate understands.
I can’t go without! (I’m undeniably addicted…obviously.)
What I really love about this recipe is, there are only 4 ingredients! The sea salt on top of the deep and velvety dark chocolate
delivers such a sophisticated taste with the salted roasted almond
s and dried plump cherries
.
Double dip if you dare! Change it up, if you desire milk chocolate or white chocolate. All I know is...
It’s hard to stop. eating. them.
I’ll share my recipe.because.I.know.you.love.chocolate.too! 🙂

- Yummy!!

I love chocolate covered cherries, and love that you added almonds! These would be yummy snacks to wrap and give to family and friends.
LOL…If you can stay out them, they are the perfect gift, super easy to make and delicious. 🙂 Put them in a cute jar with ribbon or tin for sure!
