- Dark Chocolate Chips - Wilton's Dark Chocolate wafers
or Candiquick or any good quality chocolate like Ghiradelli dark chocolate wafers
.
- roasted salted or unsalted almonds
whole, or chopped I did whole
- dried cherries
- Sea Salt
for sprinkling
How to Make Cherry Chocolate Clusters with Salted Almonds
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave for 1 minute, stir, add extra 15 seconds each interval until melted, stirring in between each interval.
- Stir in almonds and dried cherries.
- Spoon into clusters on parchment paper
.
- Sprinkle each cluster with a little more sea salt.
- Let chocolate set.
- Yummy!!

Ingredients
- 2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips. Wilton's Dark Chocolate wafers or Candiquick I've used Ghiradelli dark chocolate wafers and Wilton's,
- 1 ½ cup roasted salted or unsalted almonds whole or chopped I did whole
- ¼ to ½ cup dried cherries
