It sounds like you're not whipping it enough and are you using whipping cream and not something else, or is it lower in fat? Beat the whipping cream on low speed, it will start to get frothy, and then will begin to thicken (around the 2-3 minute mark). 3. Increase the speed to medium-high and beat for another 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the cream looks billowy and there are distinct trails left by the whisk in the whipped cream. Also, your cream could be breaking down either because you’re over beating it, or it’s getting too warm. If your bowl or beaters are warm, that will also cause the cream to break down. Ensure your bowl and beaters are soap-free, clean and cold before starting, is always a good thing, if it's humid or hot, it could affect it. Do not add the powdered sugar or peanut butter until you've started to get peaks. You can also use Cool Whip if the whipping cream isn't working for you. I hope something in these comments will help you out Sandra!

Haley 20 minutes I would think, like a frozen ice cream cake. 😀
Haley says
How long would it take to thaw it from the freezer
ChocolaTess says
Haley, I would say a few days in the fridge, so freezing it you could keep it longer for sure.
Haley says
How long does it last in the fridge ? I made it 6 days ago and have half left so I didn't know If it's going to keep for another wk or if I need to freeze it
