Ingredients You Need
Peach Raspberry Filling
- sugar
- cornstarch
- water
- sliced fresh or frozen peaches
- fresh or frozen raspberries
- butter
- lemon juice
Cobbler
- all-purpose flour
- sugar
- baking powder
- salt
- buttermilk or any milk of choice
- butter, melted
How to Make Raspberry Peach Cobbler
Peach Raspberry Filling
- In a small saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch and water until smooth.
- Add peaches and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in raspberries then stir in butter and lemon juice and let sit while you mix up the cobbler biscuit dough.
Cobbler
- Combine flour sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in milk and butter until combined
Putting it all together
- Spoon hot peach/raspberry mixture to 2 greased ramekins and then spoon the cobbler on top of each dividing evenly. spray with non-stick spray
- Bake uncovered, at 400° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
This recipe makes 2 servings, for me and the hubs, but you may want to up the servings. Just double, triple or quadruple what your needs are by clicking the number of servings on the recipe card and it will update automatically how much is needed.
Maybe 2 servings isn't enough? But it was perfect for the hubs and myself with what we had on hand at the time and I had to share!

Yes!!! Finally , the perfect cobbler topping.!! I made it with plain greek yogurt instead of buttermilk and it came out so good! This recipe is awesome. I even did half sugar , half stevia in the fruit and topping for my diabetic husband and it came out delicious! Thank you for this winner that we will enjoy forever and ever!!!
