Ingredients You Need

  • cream cheese, softened
  • powdered sugar
  • strawberry JELL-O, powder-form (can also used other JELL-O flavors) Chocolate candy melts , any color
  • Brach’s Conversation Hearts, introducing limited-edition FRIENDS Conversation Hearts as well!
  • Candy sprinkles, optional

How to Make Valentine Candy Strawberry Cream Truffles

  1. Using a mixer, mix together the cream cheese and the strawberry JELL-O powder (or any flavor of JELL-O you want).
  2. Add ½ of the powdered sugar and mix together, then add the remainder and mix until you achieve a stiff, thick consistency.
  3. Cover the truffle dough balls and refrigerate for an hour.
  4. Take about a tablespoon of the dough (using a cookie scoop makes it easy) and roll into 1-inch balls, set aside.
  5. Melt your candy coating in the microwave, stirring occasionally until melted.
  6. Dip the truffle balls into the candy coating and set onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.  Add a conversation heart on top, adding sprinkles if desired.
  7. Allow truffles to cool and candy coating to harden.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve or gift.  Enjoy!
