    • There's no mixer required, so these are easy to whip up without getting the mixer out!
    • By using cake mix, less ingredients required!
    • We made these jumbo sized!  These bake perfectly if you use a large cookie or ice cream scoop for measuring out the cookies when preparing to bake.
    • Add whatever add-ins you want, like chocolate chips, Reese cups and m&m's!
    • Make ice cream sandwiches by adding a scoop of ice cream in the middle and freeze!
    • The only con is, they will disappear in no time!  Better make a double batch!

    Ingredients You Need

    • 1 package yellow cake mix 18.25 ounce, use whatever flavor you want
    • baking powder
    • eggs
    • vegetable oil
    • semisweet chocolate chips

    4. Stir in chocolate chips & M&Ms, or your choice of goodies.
    5. Use large ice cream scoop for cookies or drop by large rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.

      Hi Floyd,
I don't know if it would work Floyd, I've never tried that? You could always substitute applesauce or melted butter? If you try it, let us know how it works out. Happy Baking!

Would a 1/2 cup of peanut butter work instead of the oil?
