Baking Muffin Tips

Don’t over mix the muffin batter. Mixing the batter too much can make your muffins tough, not cook evenly, and give them weird holes and peaked tops.

Make sure your oven is preheated 10-15 minutes before you transfer them to the oven to get the rise in your muffins you desire.

By placing the crumble mix in the fridge, it helps make the butter and sugars solidify so you can crumble the crumble topping into fine or thicker chunks and it helps the butter not melt into the muffins as much, so you get more of the crumbly effect!
