Maple Apple Bread Vegan Options!
I'm really getting the vegan fever lately, so I decided let's do this! Vegan it is!
You can make this with an egg, if you wish, but I omitted the egg from the original recipe and used applesauce and avocado oil. My husband, recently decided to buy avocado oil so we could try it and so I'm like obsessed with it now. I really love using olive oil
too! Other times I use canola
, it's a little lighter and I like it solely for that reason.

I had to try the recipe right away. I'm making it now and I have it figured out but the glaze instructions say dip in cookie. I just want to be sure the glaze recipe is the same.
