I’m in chocolate heaven! These delicious chocolate cookies are made from a chocolate cake mix and we made 4 giant cookies out of the cookie batter, instead of dozens for fun!

Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies Different Ways!
So, firstly. Chocolate cookies with chocolate chips is definitely a great way to go! We went with chocolate chips, but go with peanut butter, mint, butterscotch, white or chunks of chocolate!
Secondly, SPRINKLES on top of this moist and chewy double, chocolate chip, chocolate cookies always make us happy!
Thirdly. How do I feel about this ‘Turtle’ Cookie adorned with salted caramel and pecans on top and heated up in the microwave?? Maybe even add a scoop or two of butter pecan ice cream? OHHHH Have Mercy!!!
The options are endless what you can do to make these cookies with your favorite add-ins!

Extreme Chocolate Lovers Cake Mix Cookies {Recipe Makes 4 GIANT Cookies!}
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 box devil's chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat the butter until smooth.
- Add the egg,oil and vanilla and beat until combined.
- Add the cake mix in a little at a time and beat slowly until just combined.
- Stir in the dark and milk chocolate chips.
- Divide and shape the dough into 4 large cookie dough balls and place on a baking sheet a few inches apart from each other. (If dough has sat out for awhile, I would recommend chilling in the fridge for a bit.)
- Pat down the cookies a little, so they aren't completely round balls. Add reserved chocolate chips on tops of cookies until gone.
- Bake for 2-14 minutes, (tops should not be wet) and upon removing from oven, let the cookies stand on sheet for two minutes, then cool on racks before serving.
