Healthier than traditional s’mores. Greek yogurt adds protein, while freezing turns them into a refreshing treat that’s lighter but just as satisfying!

Ingredients You Need
Frozen S’more Yogurt Clusters recipe
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows, add more if desired to add into Greek yogurt and for tops of clusters
- 3-4 crispy graham crackers, crushed into bits, for topping clusters
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or bar, for melting (can also sub with dark chocolate chips or bar)
- optional: coconut oil or neutral oil for thinning the melted chocolate

Instructions How to Make Frozen S’more Greek Yogurt Clusters
- In a large mixing bowl, add the yogurt, marshmallows and some of the graham cracker bits and fold or stir everything together.
- Using a large cookie scoop or a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the clusters onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Once you’ve added the clusters to the baking sheet, transfer baking sheet to the freezer for the clusters to freeze.
- Once frozen, melt the chocolate in the microwave in a microwaveable bowl in 30 second increments, stirring at each increment until the chocolate is melted. Add a tablespoon of oil to the melted chocolate if it is too thick for your preference.
- Take the clusters out of the freezer and dip the cluster into the melted chocolate one a time. Once it’s coated, place it back on the parchment lined baking sheet and top with more marshmallows and graham cracker bits. Repeat until you’ve coated all the clusters.
- Place the tray back in the freezer until the chocolate has set up. Once the chocolate has set up, enjoy the flavors of s’mores! Place the remaining clusters into a large ziplock freezer bag or in an airtight container.

Storing Frozen S’more Yogurt Clusters In the Freezer
- Frozen yogurt clusters can be stored in the freezer for up to 1-2 months.
More Variations
- We made our clusters large sized, but you can make these smaller for bite sized treats if you desire.
- Add some peanut butter or some protein powder to the yogurt mixture for a protein boost in your frozen clusters. You can also add in some almond butter or cashew butter as well.
- Add your favorite fruits in by adding fresh strawberries, raspberries, fresh blueberries or cherries as a yummy surprise inside.
- Make these vegan easily by using vegan-friendly ingredients.
- On some of our clusters, we put a graham cracker underneath the yogurt cluster for more graham cracker crunchiness. Definitely yummy!
- If you want you can sub yogurt with cool whip.
FAQs about S’mores Yogurt Clusters
Can I use regular yogurt instead of Greek yogurt?
Absolutely! Regular plain yogurt works fine, but Greek yogurt has a creamier texture and higher protein content, which gives these Greek yogurt s’mores a richer bite. If you use plain Greek yogurt, you may want to add a sweetener, such as honey, agave nectar or maple syrup.
How long do frozen s’mores take to set?
They usually firm up within about an hour, but I prefer freezing them for at least two hours to ensure they’re fully set before dipping in chocolate.
Can I melt chocolate without a microwave?
Yes, you can melt chocolate gently over a double boiler on the stovetop, stirring until smooth.
Do I have to use coconut oil in the chocolate?
It’s optional but highly recommended. Coconut oil makes the chocolate smoother and easier to dip your frozen treats.
