    APPLE SPICE BUNDT CAKE

    • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour a bundt pan or tube pan and set aside.  I really like to use Baker's Joy - it's a grease and flour spray and it's awesome, nothing every sticks to the pan.
    • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir together with a fork.
    • Put the batter into your prepared pan and then transfer to the oven.
    • Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes until toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Remove pan from oven and let cool for 15-20 minutes, run a knife around all the edges and then place a plate or cake platter and flip so the cake is displayed on the plate. Slowly removed the pan from the cake.  Once the cake has completely cooled, you can glaze or frost your cake or sprinkle with powdered sugar.

    VANILLA GLAZE

    • In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla and a teaspoon or tablespoon of milk/cream and keep adding if needed to get the consistency you need.  If the icing is too thin, add some more powdered sugar.
    • Drizzle on top of cake.  Let glaze set and serve.
