1tablespoonsoaked chia seedsor 1 teaspoon dry unsoaked works fine as well.

optional1 scoop protein powder
Instructions
Using a blender,blend all ingredients, chocolate almond milk, Greek yogurt, frozen banana, frozen raspberries and some almond milk. Don't add the chia seeds until the end. Blend until smooth and creamy.
If you don't use frozen fruits, add ice if you want more of a frozen smoothie.
Add more almond milk if needed if you want to thin down or need more creaminess.
Add chia seeds, if unsoaked or soaked and mix in with smoothie. Enjoy!
