Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Silk Dark Chocolate Almond Milk
  • 1 frozen medium banana chunks
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries add more if desired
  • 1 tablespoon soaked chia seeds or 1 teaspoon dry unsoaked works fine as well.
  • optional 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • optional 1 scoop protein powder

Instructions

  • Using a blender,blend all ingredients, chocolate almond milk, Greek yogurt, frozen banana, frozen raspberries and some almond milk. Don't add the chia seeds until the end. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • If you don't use frozen fruits, add ice if you want more of a frozen smoothie.
  • Add more almond milk if needed if you want to thin down or need more creaminess.
  • Add chia seeds, if unsoaked or soaked and mix in with smoothie. Enjoy!
