STRAWBERRY COTTAGE CHEESE SMOOTHIE RECIPE
- ½ cup ripe banana frozen (1/2 banana)
- ½ cup strawberries frozen
- ½ cup cottage cheese full-fat
- ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or unsweetened almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, soy milk
- optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- optional: honey maple syrup or agave nectar, if omitting the banana

Add the milk first, then the rest of the ingredients of frozen banana, frozen strawberries, cottage cheese, and protein powder, if desired. Add in any other add-ins at this time as well.
