STRAWBERRY COTTAGE CHEESE SMOOTHIE RECIPE

  • ½ cup ripe banana frozen (1/2 banana)
  • ½ cup strawberries frozen
  • ½ cup cottage cheese full-fat
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or unsweetened almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, soy milk
  • optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • optional: honey maple syrup or agave nectar, if omitting the banana

  • Add the milk first, then the rest of the ingredients of frozen banana, frozen strawberries, cottage cheese, and protein powder, if desired. Add in any other add-ins at this time as well. Blend in a blender until smooth and has a creamy texture. Taste the smoothie before serving and adjust the sweetness and texture to your preference into a smoothie glass or make a smoothie bowl.
