8ozCool Whip or 1 cup of whipping cream whipped to make whipped cream

¼cupremaining graham cracker mixture
Optional: Extra Cool Whip or whipped cream for garnishwith maraschino cherries
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
Graham Cracker Crust
Prepare your graham cracker crust by combining the graham cracker crumbs and cooled, melted butter in a medium sized bowl and mix well.
Measure out ¼ cup of the graham cracker crumbs for the top, set aside. Firmly press the remaining of the graham cracker crumb mixture into an 8-inch square pan and place in refrigerator or freezer to chill while you prepare the Pineapple Fluff Layers.
1st Layer
Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter together in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
On low speed, add the powdered sugar one cup at a time until fully combined.
Once it's all combined, mix on medium-high for another minute.
Add in 1/4 cup of the drained pineapple and mix in well.
Take the graham cracker crust out of the fridge/freezer and spoon and spread the pineapple/cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust evenly.
2nd Layer
Fold in the remaining pineapple into the whipped cream and spoon and spread on top of the pineapple/cream cheese mixture.
Top Layer
Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumb mixture on top whipped cream pineapple mixture. Add chopped pecans, walnuts if desired
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
