No Bake S'mores Pretzel Clusters

These no bake s'mores pretzel clusters are a sweet and salty 4 ingredient treat. Snappy pretzels, gooey mini marshmallows, and graham cracker chunks all coated in glossy melted chocolate, set in about 15 minutes. No oven required.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup broken pretzels, in 1/3 to 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup graham cracker pieces, small chunks

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Microwave 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips in 20 to 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy. Let cool 1 to 2 minutes so it's warm, not hot.
  • Fold in 1 cup broken pretzels, 1 cup mini marshmallows, and 1/2 cup graham cracker chunks until coated, working quickly so the marshmallows stay puffy.
  • Using a 1/4-cup scoop or measuring cup, drop the mixture into 8 large clusters on the parchment.
  • Press extra marshmallows, pretzel bits, and graham cracker pieces onto each cluster while the chocolate is still wet.
  • Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes until firm, then serve.

Notes

Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or at cool room temperature for 2 to 3 days.
Freezing: Layer between sheets of parchment in an airtight container and freeze for up to 2 months. Let sit out 5 to 10 minutes before eating.
Gluten free: Use gluten-free pretzels, gluten-free graham crackers, and certified gluten-free chocolate.
