Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9 or 10 inch pie pan or springform pan (depending how thick or thin you want your cookie pizza) with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa. Set aside.

With mixer, cream butter and sugars together until smooth. Add in egg and mix together well.

Gradually add flour mixture and mix until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and the mini marshmallows.

Press cookie dough into pan and flatten with your hands or the back of a spoon until evenly spread.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the top is not wet and set.

Remove from oven and let the cookie pizza cool.

Once pizza is cooled, top with Nutella or your favorite chocolate frosting. Pop either in the microwave for about 15 seconds so it's easy to spread.

Add Reese’s Pieces, Reese’s peanut butter cups and mini marshmallows on top.

Melt peanut butter in microwave for 15 seconds and drizzle over the top. You can use a spoon to drizzle or place peanut butter in a pastry bag or ziplock bag and snip a hole to pipe onto the pizza easily.

Let the peanut butter drizzle set and then cut into pizza slices and serve!
