2teaspoonsvanilla extract
¾cupunsweetened cocoa powder
¾cupall-purpose flour

1 ½cupssemi-sweet chocolate chips
½cupheavy cream
1cuprainbow candy coated chocolate chips or mini M&M Minis
Instructions
Cosmic Brownies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x9 inch pan with foil or parchment paper. Spray with non stick cooking spray.
Melt butter in the microwave for 1-2 minutes in a large bowl.
Using whisk, whisk in brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Whisk cocoa powder and flour in a separate bowl, then add to wet mixture until smooth.
Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
Chocolate Ganache Frosting
Heat the cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to gently simmer. Do not let it come to a rapid boil– that’s too hot! Can also microwave cream with same results.
Add chocolate chips. Stir occasionally until smooth.
Pour ganache over brownies. Smooth with an offset spatula.
Sprinkle with candy coated chocolate chips or mini M&Ms.
