Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or yogurt of choice
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen cherries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup milk of choice plus more as needed
  • Optional add-ins: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder; 1 tablespoon flax seeds chia seeds, or hemp seeds; granola; fresh berries; 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup to taste

Instructions

  • Add yogurt, frozen strawberries, cherries, raspberries, and milk to a blender. Add protein or seeds if using.
  • Blend until smooth and thick. Scrape down sides as needed.
  • Adjust consistency. Add more frozen berries to thicken or a splash of milk to thin.
  • Spoon into a bowl and top with granola, berries, and seeds. Serve right away.

Notes

  • Use frozen fruit for a thick, spoonable bowl.
  • Start with 1/2 cup milk and add more a little at a time.
  • For dairy free, use plant-based yogurt and milk.
  • For gluten free, choose certified GF granola.
  • Sweeten to taste with honey or maple syrup if needed.
