Ingredients

Light & Fluffy No Bake Nutella Mousse (4 servings)

  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream or 2 cups/8 oz store-bought whipped topping
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar adjust for sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder optional for richer chocolate flavor
  • cup Nutella Hazelnut Spread or more to taste

Optional Toppings

  • Chopped hazelnuts
  • Chocolate shavings or curls
  • Drizzle of warmed Nutella
  • Ferrero Rocher candy for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour heavy whipping cream into a large mixing bowl and beat until stiff peaks form. (If using whipped topping, skip this step.)
  • Add powdered sugar and cocoa powder to the whipped cream, then gently mix to combine.
  • Add Nutella and continue mixing until the mousse becomes light, creamy, and fluffy.
  • Spoon or pipe the mousse into small bowls, glasses, or dessert cups.
  • Garnish with chopped hazelnuts, chocolate curls, or a drizzle of Nutella.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving if you prefer a firmer texture.

Notes

  • Make sure the Nutella is soft and spreadable. Microwave it for 15–20 seconds if it’s too thick.
  • For a lighter texture, gently fold Nutella into the whipped cream instead of beating it in.
  • Add a teaspoon of espresso powder for a mocha-style Nutella mousse.
