- 1 ½ cups white baking bars, couverture wafers, or melting discs
- 1 ½ cups dark baking bars, couverture wafers, or melting discs
- 1 to 2 cups assorted nuts such as salted almonds, roasted pistachios, pecans, macadamia nuts, cashews, or peanuts
Line a standard muffin tin with cupcake liners or use a silicone muffin pan.
Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl: heat for 1 minute, stir, then microwave in 15-second intervals until smooth.
Repeat with the white chocolate in a separate bowl.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of melted dark chocolate into 6 muffin cups. Top each with a handful of assorted nuts.
Do the same with the white chocolate in the remaining 6 muffin cups.
If desired, drizzle leftover white chocolate over the dark chocolate cups, and dark chocolate over the white ones.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
-
Use roasted or salted nuts for the best flavor contrast.
