Blueberry Filling
- 2 21 ounce Lucky Leaf Blueberry Filling
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Make the Crisp Topping
In a medium bowl, cut 8 tablespoons unsalted butter into 8 pieces and place in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-second bursts until mostly melted, 40 to 50 seconds total. Set aside to cool slightly. Add in the all-purpose flour or gluten-free all-purpose flour blend, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt to the bowl and stir to combine.
Add in the old-fashioned rolled oats and stir to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 5 minutes or until ready to use.
Assemble the Crisp
Sprinkle the crisp topping on top of the blueberry filling and place in the oven to bake for 35-40 minutes and the filling is bubbling.
Let cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. Top with vanilla ice cream if desired.
