Brownie Pecan Clusters
- 1 cup leftover baked brownie pieces broken into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ½ cup pecans roughly chopped and divided
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt optional
Make the Clusters
Line 1 sheet pan or large plate with parchment paper so all 12 clusters release cleanly after chilling.
Break 1 cup leftover baked brownies into pieces about 1/2 inch wide, keeping a few smaller crumbs to help bind the clusters.
Combine 1 cup dark chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20 to 30-second bursts, stirring after each one, until smooth and glossy.
Gently stir the full 1 cup brownie pieces and 1/4 cup chopped pecans into the melted chocolate until the brownie pieces are fully coated.
Scoop the mixture into 12 mounds of about 2 tablespoons each on the parchment. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup chopped pecans and up to 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt.
Refrigerate all 12 clusters for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chocolate feels firm. Let them stand for 5 minutes before serving for the fudgiest texture.
