- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips can also use dark or white chocolate
- ½ cup + 2 tablespoons peanut butter smooth or crunchy, I love using Jif with no sugar
- 1 ½ cups rice krispies cereal regular, brown rice or puffed quinoa
Line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in 20–30 second microwave bursts, stirring until smooth.
Stir in the Rice Krispies until fully coated.
Press the mixture firmly into the lined pan.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set. Lift out and slice into bars.
