CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COTTAGE CHEESE MOUSSE RECIPE

Instructions

  • In a food processor or a blender, add the cottage cheese, peanut butter, unsweetened cocoa powder and sweetener.  Mix on high until the mixture is a creamy texture. If it's too thick, just add a little milk of choice.
  • Spoon into 1 very large or 2 smaller serving dishes and enjoy!
