- 12-15 pretzel rods
- 8 oz chocolate milk, dark, white, or a mix
- spring sprinkles pastel confetti, jimmies, nonpareils, or a mix
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional, for thinning white chocolate
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour sprinkles into shallow bowls for easy access.
Melt 8 oz chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-30 second bursts, stirring between each until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon coconut oil if using white chocolate.
Tilt the bowl and dip each pretzel rod about halfway into the chocolate. Gently shake off excess.
Place dipped pretzels on the lined sheet and immediately sprinkle with pastel spring mix while chocolate is still wet.
Let set at room temperature about 20 minutes, or refrigerate 10 minutes for a quick set.
Best chocolate: White chocolate shows off pastel sprinkles beautifully. Use good quality like Ghirardelli or Lindt for the smoothest melt.
Work quickly: Sprinkles stick best when chocolate is freshly dipped. Do one pretzel at a time.
Storage: Airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week. Avoid refrigerating after set.
For gifting: Wrap individually in clear treat bags with pastel ribbon.
