  • 6-7 strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 mandarin oranges peeled and segmented or 1/4 cup orange juice
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • ½ cup almond milk or milk of choice add more if needed
