Nutella & Coconut Cheesecake Fudgy Brownies

Nutella & Coconut Cheesecake Brownies are delish! If you love Nutella, coconut, cheesecake and swirls, these are the most fudgy, decadent brownies made just for you!

Ingredients

Using a 9x9 pan

    Fudgy Nutella Coconut Brownie Layer

    • Perfect Brownies (copy of link in notes at end) of recipe
    • or
    • 1 Box Fudgy Brownie Mix + ingredients on box
    • 1/4 to 1/2 cup shredded coconut
    • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Nutella slightly melted

    Cheese Cake Layer

    • 2 8 oz cream cheese softened
    • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup Nutella slightly melted

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    • Grease or spray, or line with foil or parchment paper a 9×9 baking dish.

    Cheesecake Layer

    • In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Set aside.

    Fudgy Nutella Coconut Brownie Layer

    • Prepare brownies as directed, then add in shredded coconut.
    • Pour and spread into prepared pan and add some dollops of nutella on top of brownies.
    • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the top of the brownies and spread evenly.
    • Stick the 1/2 cup Nutella in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl and heat for about 15 seconds.

    NUTELLA SWIRL

    • Drizzle the Nutella over the top of the cheesecake.
    • Using a sharp knife, swirl the Nutella around into the cheesecake.
    • Bake for about 40-50 minutes or until the brownies are cooked and the cheesecake has set.
    • Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
