Graham Cracker Layer
- 15 Graham crackers for 3 layers
Cream Cheese Filling #1
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 8 ounces Cool Whip thawed 1 container
- ¾ cup confectioners' sugar
Cream Cheese Pudding Filling #2
- 2 3.4 oz boxes instant cheesecake pudding or instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 8 ounces Cool Whip thawed 1 container
Cherry Layer
- 21 ounce can cherry pie filling

Cream Cheese Filling #1
For the cream cheese filling: In a large bowl, using a mixer, whip the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy.
To the cream cheese, add the confectioners' sugar and mix well.
Fold the Cool Whip into the cream cheese or pudding mixture until combined and smooth but don't overmix.

Assembling Cherry Dessert Layers
To assemble the dessert: Place a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of an 8x8 pan.
Spread ½ of the cream cheese or pudding mixture evenly over the graham cracker layer using a spoon or offset spatula.
Add another layer of graham crackers and spread the remainder of the cream cheese on top. Place another layer of graham crackers on top.
