Easy No Bake Cherry Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Layer

  • 15 Graham crackers for 3 layers

Cream Cheese Filling #1

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip thawed 1 container
  • ¾ cup confectioners' sugar

Cream Cheese Pudding Filling #2

  • 2 3.4 oz boxes instant cheesecake pudding or instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip thawed 1 container

Cherry Layer

  • 21 ounce can cherry pie filling

How to Make Easy No Bake Cherry Cheesecake Dessert

    Cream Cheese Filling #1

    • For the cream cheese filling: In a large bowl, using a mixer, whip the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy.
    • To the cream cheese, add the confectioners' sugar and mix well.
    • Fold the Cool Whip into the cream cheese or pudding mixture until combined and smooth but don't overmix.

    Cream Cheese Pudding Filling #2

    • If you don’t have cream cheese: You can whip together 2 small packages of instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding with 2 cups of cold milk as an easy substitute!  Fold the Cool Whip into the cream cheese or pudding mixture until combined and smooth but don't overmix.

    Assembling Cherry Dessert Layers

    • To assemble the dessert: Place a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of an 8x8 pan.
    • Spread ½ of the cream cheese or pudding mixture evenly over the graham cracker layer using a spoon or offset spatula.
    • Add another layer of graham crackers and spread the remainder of the cream cheese on top.  Place another layer of graham crackers on top.

    Cherry Layer

    • Spoon the cherry pie filling evenly over the graham crackers.
    • Refrigerate at least 4 hour or overnight.
