Easy Banana Layered Pudding Dessert

Ingredients

  • 5.1 ounces package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk or milk of choice
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups heavy cream or 6 cups / 16 ounces of Cool whip
  • 16 ounces Nilla wafers or Chessman Cookies
  • 5 bananas sliced

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the vanilla instant pudding and cold milk together in a large mixing bowl until smooth for 2 minutes.
  • Whisk in sweetened condensed milk and set aside.
  • If making whipped cream, add heavy cream to stand mixer and whip to stiff peaks, about 3-4 minutes, otherwise use cool whip and stir half of the whipped topping into the vanilla pudding mixture.
  • Place a layer of wafer cookies on the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish.
  • Place a layer of sliced bananas over the wafer cookies.
  • Spoon the pudding mixture over the banana slices and spread evenly.
  • Spread the remaining whipped cream/Cool Whip over the pudding layer and place more cookies on top. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Can also garnish with fresh banana slices and crushed cookies, if desired before serving.
