Cookie Dough Ice Cream Pie!

This Cookie Dough Ice Cream Pie is screaming cookie dough loaded ice cream fun in a pie!   This 2-ingredient frozen pie dessert is super easy to make and the kids are gonna love it this summer!  Real vanilla ice cream loaded with chunks of cookie dough and semisweet chocolate chips in a pie!  Irresistible!!

  • ½ gallon ice cream
  • 1 pre-made Oreo Cookie or Graham Cracker Crust


  • Soften cookie dough ice cream for about 10-15 minutes, then place all of the ice cream in the crust by smoothing it out on the top.
  • Add any garnishes you wish like whipped cream, edible cookie dough balls, etc.
  • Place pie in freezer covered with foil, plastic wrap or use the liner from the pie shell to firm up!
  • Freeze for several hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, allow frozen pie to sit at room temperature for a few minutes for easier slicing.
  • Top with any additional toppings and serve.
