  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
  • ½ cup chocolate chips more if desired.

Chocolate Coating

  • 2 cups chocolate chips of choice

Instructions

  • Place flour into a microwave safe bowl and microwave flour for a total of 90 seconds.
  • Microwave flour 30 seconds at a time and then whisk for a couple of seconds between each microwave burst.
  • Using mixer, cream butter and sugars in a bowl, until smooth.

Make the Cookie Dough Discs / Balls

  • Scoop cookie dough or roll cookie dough balls and slightly flatten the balls into even-sized thick discs. Rolls some mini cookie dough balls, if desired.
  • Place cookie dough mounds and balls in fridge in airtight container while melting chocolate.

Chocolate Coating

  • Drop about a teaspoon or tablespoon of chocolate into your candy liners, depending if they are mini or jumbo sized. Then place the cookie dough disc on top of the chocolate and gently press down.
  • Then add another thick layer of chocolate on top to cover the cookie dough.
  • Add some sprinkles, sea salt or some cute cookie dough balls on top for a fun no bake treat!
